Fatigue and Low Energy
Fatigue that rest no longer fixes.
What we often find
You slept eight hours and woke up as if you hadn't slept at all. You've had blood tests, and been told everything was normal. You've probably already heard it's just stress, age, or a phase.
Normal isn't the same as well. When fatigue lasts for months, there is almost always a mechanism behind it; the challenge is looking for it in the right place.
What we find most often: low mitochondrial function, meaning the cells' energy powerhouses producing less than they should; deficiencies in iron, vitamin D or B-complex vitamins that go unnoticed on routine blood tests; thyroid changes that fall within reference ranges but outside your own balance; intestinal dysbiosis compromising absorption; chronic low-grade inflammation; and sleep that exists in hours but not in quality.
Tests and assessment
Extended laboratory panels, functional assessment, oxidative stress testing, gut microbiome analysis, and genetic testing when it makes sense.
Possible treatments
Longevity and energy serum therapy, CellOXY, ozone therapy, endovenous laser, and nutritional support.
