Hugo Tsou Ferraz

A Dental Surgeon since 1998, qualified at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto, he devotes his practice to integrating acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine into dentistry. He is responsible for the Clinical Competence in Acupuncture in Dentistry at the Portuguese Dental Association and has sat on its General Council since 2020. Founder and director of the course «Acupuncture for Dentists», he maintains a continuing link to teaching, as a lecturer at Fernando Pessoa University for fifteen years and, currently, on the «Advanced Sleep Course» postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Medicine of the Portuguese Catholic University. He is a PhD candidate in Acupuncture in Dentistry at FMDUP.
